Traditionally cured in Spring Water and Sea Salt with time-honored techniques which produce what we feel is the healthiest and best tasting olive in the world. These olives are allowed to tree ripen on an Organic Farm that is also implementing bio-dynamic growing principles. Great in recipes and salads or as a travel food as they are shelf stable and lightweight but pack incredible nutritional density and promote satiety due to their unique fatty acids, & mineral profile.
