What is Omega 3 and why is it important to my health?
Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid that is essential for many functions within the human body. Omega 3 fatty acids have been known to support healthy cardiovascular health, brain health, mood, blood pressure levels and promote proper hormone balance. Our bodies cannot make omega 3's so it important to get them from our diet.
Don't we get enough from our diets?
Most diets are low in the essential fatty acids needed by our bodies. Although you can get Omega 3's from nuts and seeds they contain ALA and not the very important DHA fatty acids which are only found in fish in high quantities. Even if one is eating high omega 3 fish on a regular basis it is difficult to obtain therapeutic dosages of DHA. In addition, ocean contamination comes into question if one is eating fish regularly. Supplementing with a high quality omega 3 product can be a great way to support any diet that is focused on total body health.
Why Astaxanthin and Sea Buckthorn?
Astaxanthin is one of nature’s strongest antioxidants and has been used to support many body systems such as the eyes, brain, nervous system, skin, muscles, and joints. Astaxanthin is found in red algae and works its way up the food chain in marine life where it is seen in crustaceans, salmon, and even flamingos. Our Astaxanthin is red algae derived and cultivated in the USA.
Unlike other antioxidants, such as beta carotene, zeaxanthin, vitamin E, C, D and selenium, astaxanthin never becomes pro-oxidant in the body. Astaxanthin is in a class of its own when it comes to antioxidant coverage, because it filters into every cell of the body.
Studies are clear and consistent and show excellent results for helping with skin moisture levels, smoothness, elasticity, fine wrinkles, and spots or freckles. Astaxanthin is indicated for recovery of muscles, better endurance, enhanced strength and improved energy levels. Clinical trials have shown that astaxanthin may helps diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, eye strain and fatigue and seeing in fine detail. A 2007 study analyzed several popular antioxidants and their antioxidant power. This study found astaxanthin was 6,000 times stronger than vitamin C, 800 times stronger than CoQ10, 550 times stronger than green tea catechins and 75 times stronger than alpha lipoic acid!
Astaxanthin does this in part due to its ability to support the lipid membranes of our cells from the formation of phospholipid hydroperoxides (PLOOHs). In brain cells, high levels of PLOOHs are linked to increased risk of dementia due to impaired blood flow and reduced oxygenation. The importance of fat soluble antioxidants like astaxanthin cannot be overstated.
Sea Buckthorn contains rare oils such as omega 7 which work in synergy with omega 3's. It contains carotenoid antioxidants similar to Astaxanthin which help protect against cellular oxidation. Our Sea Buckthorn is wild-crafted and extracted via CO2 which yields an extremely concentrated and pure extract.
How do I use it?
Each 1mil serving of Super 3 contains 900 mg of algal oil supplying the body with a minimum of 350 mg of DHA. Due to the common deficiencies in our diet, higher dosages of up to 4 servings per day are recommended in order to bring back desirable omega 3–6 ratio. Multiple servings can be used throughout the day.

The Power of Miron Glass
The preserving and protective qualities of violet glass can be traced back to ancient times of Egyptian civilization. Many valuable essences and healing products were kept in gold and violet glass containers. The alchemists as well, during the middle ages were aware of the special qualities of this "light spectrum frequency" crystallized as violet glass.

Activating the Contents with Sunlight
To charge your contents, set in the direct sun light for 20 minutes. This process will concentrate the biophoton energy from the sun into the product. You will most likely notice an improved taste after this process. This is particularly noticeable with wine. We recommend a full 30 minutes for wine and water bottles which are larger volume.
During this test, a cherry tomato was stored for 7 months in a white glass and in a MIRON violet glass, and then kept at room temperature where sunlight could reach it. The result was photographed after 7 months. The microbiological changes of the tomato stored in white glass can be clearly seen. The tomato stored in MIRON violet glass however shows no loss of color and no signs of drying out.
Clear, green, and brown glass are permeable in the visible light spectrum and don’t offer enough protection against decomposition caused by light. As an experiment, several herbs and spices were stored for 3 months in several types of glass (clear, brown, violet), and were either exposed to the sun for several hours a day or kept inside.
After 2 months, the visible quality change was recorded with photographs, and the difference in smell determined in a blind test with volunteers. The illustration shows clearly that the chive samples that were exposed to the sun have bleached in brown and white glass. As photographed in this illustration, the sample stored in MIRON violet glass shows no color change. The smell of the chives stored in MIRON violet glass was also clearly stronger and fresher.
