Full-spectrum organic adaptogens to support healthy stress response.
Now reformulated with concentrated single-herb extracts, a meaningful step up in potency from our previous blend. Every botanical is sourced as its own high-ratio full-spectrum extract, tested lot-by-lot for identity, heavy metals, and microbial safety, so what's on the label is what's in the pouch.

Description
Adrenal Stress Ease pairs classical adaptogens with mineral-rich shilajit to nourish and balance a body under everyday pressure. It's built for people who want steady energy and a calm, resilient baseline without stimulants.
This blend includes:
- Ashwagandha, the primary herb in this formula, is a renowned adaptogen traditionally used to support the body's stress response and healthy thyroid function.
- Holy Basil (Tulsi) supports a calm response to daily stress and healthy, easy breathing.
- Tribulus is traditionally used to support healthy hormonal balance and kidney function.
- Triphala, a traditional Ayurvedic trio, supports whole-body balance and the body's natural cleansing.
- Licorice Root and Himalayan Shilajit round out the formula with traditional endocrine support and a broad spectrum of trace minerals.
Usage
Take ½ teaspoon in your favorite beverage 1 to 3 times daily, or more during demanding stretches. Great used as an instant tea when added to hot water. 42 servings per container.
Ingredients
Full-Spectrum Ashwagandha Extract* (20:1), Full-Spectrum Holy Basil Extract* (10:1), Full-Spectrum Tribulus Extract* (20:1), Full-Spectrum Triphala Extract* (15:1) (Haritaki*, Bibhitaki*, Amalaki*), Full-Spectrum Licorice Root Extract* (10:1), Himalayan Shilajit Extract (4:1). *Organic
Extract ratios show how much raw herb goes into each unit of finished extract. A 20:1 extract concentrates twenty parts raw herb into one part powder. Shilajit is listed at 4:1 because it is a purified mineral resin rather than a botanical concentrate, so its ratio isn't directly comparable to the herbs alongside it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add this to my coffee or take it with caffeine?
Yes. Many people stir it into their morning coffee, where the adaptogens pair nicely with caffeine for a smoother, more balanced lift. It's actually the same blend we build into our Coffee Fix, our caffeine-free coffee alternative, so it's right at home in a hot cup. Works in iced coffee too.
When's the best time to take it?
Anytime works. Two natural windows are morning before eating and mid-afternoon before dinner. During demanding stretches, a second or third serving through the day is perfectly fine.
How does it taste, and how do I use it?
The taste is strong. These are potent, aromatic herbs, and that intensity is a sign of their quality. Stir it into coffee, tea, a smoothie, or juice, or add it to hot water for a quick instant tea. Warm liquid seems to bring out the most from the herbs. Rather than rushing to a full serving on day one, start small, get used to the earthy herbal character, and work up as it grows on you.
How much should I take?
Start low. Most people begin with ¼ teaspoon, and with the higher potency of the new formula that's a good place to land. If the taste is a lot at first, even ⅛ teaspoon is enough for some people. It's better to acclimate gradually than to force a full serving the first time. From there you can work up to ½ teaspoon, 1 to 3 times daily, using a bit more during busier or higher-stress stretches.
How is this different from ashwagandha capsules or gummies?
Two things: dose and form.
Most capsule and gummy products contain a modest amount of extract, gummies especially, since there's a limit to how much bitter herb you can hide behind sugar. A ½ teaspoon serving of a concentrated full-spectrum extract powder is a different scale entirely, and gummies often bring added sugars and binders you don't need.
Form matters too. Powder dissolves completely in your drink before you take a sip, so you're getting the herbs in liquid rather than waiting on a capsule shell to break down. You also actually taste them, and traditional herbalism has long held that engaging the senses is part of how bitter and aromatic herbs do their work. That earthy flavor is the herbs being present, not a flaw to be masked.
And this is a full formula, not a single herb. Ashwagandha is the primary herb here at a 20:1 concentration, but it works alongside five other botanicals chosen to complement it.
Is it a stimulant? Will it keep me up at night?
No, there are no added stimulants. The support comes from adaptogenic herbs rather than caffeine, so it won't give you a jittery spike. Because it's non-stimulating, most people tolerate it any time of day, though everyone's different.
What makes the new formula different?
Each botanical is now a concentrated, high-ratio full-spectrum extract rather than a lighter blend. That's a real step up in potency and consistency, and it's why the price has changed. Every lot is tested for identity, heavy metals, and microbial safety.
Is it organic?
Yes. Every botanical extract in the blend is certified organic. Shilajit is a purified Himalayan mineral resin, which isn't an agricultural crop and so isn't certified, but it is tested for purity and heavy metals.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant, nursing, or on medication?
If you're pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication, check with your healthcare provider before use. That's a sensible step with any botanical supplement.
