Easy and Delicious Recipes

The drink recipes below are as nutritious as they are delicious. Keep in mind that most are designed to act as a snack or meal replacement and will provide stable energy for hours. A blender is best for mixing these drinks in order to emulsify the oils to create uniformity.

 

Acceptable Sweeteners

Non Glycemic: - RR Monk Fruit Extract Powder

Low Glycemic: - RR Coconut Palm Sugar
                           - Raw local honey
                           - Maple syrup

 

Super Delicious Tonic Latte

12-16 oz hot water or tea 
1-2 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil or Grass-pastured Ghee
3-4 Tbsp RR Latte Fix
1-3 Tbsp RR Bag of Tricks

1) Blend on high in blender for 10-15 seconds. Enjoy!

 

MSM Immunity Elixir

1 cup spring water
1 cup fresh squeezed juice, grapefruit or orange
1 Tbsp RR MSM Morning Mix (less if you are new to MSM)
1 Tbsp RR Goji Powder
1 Tbsp RR Baobab Powder
1-2 inch piece of fresh aloe vera gel (optional)
Optional Additions:
1-2 tsp RR Immunity Matrix

1) Blend on high and strain if necessary. Great morning drink!

 

Chocolate Maca Smoothie

12-16 oz spring water
¾ cup ice
1 Tbsp RR Gelatinized Maca
1-2 Tbsp RR Raw Cacao Powder
2-3 Tbsp RR Coconut Milk Powder
2 Tbsp RR Goat Whey
1-2 Tbsp RR Bag of Tricks
½ tsp RR Vanilla Bean Powder
1-2 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar

1) Blend on high in blender for 10-15 seconds. Enjoy!

 

Chocolate Superfood Fudge Sauce

1 ½ - 2 cups RR Raw Cacao Powder
¼ cup RR Coconut Oil (warm)
4 Tbsp RR Rice Bran Solubles (for creamier texture)
½ cup soaked dates or raisins
½ cup maple syrup or honey

1) Blend in high speed blender using tamper if necessary.
2) Pour over wax paper in a shallow dish and place in refrigerator. Use as a hot fudge over fresh fruit or vanilla ice cream.  

 

Maca Latte

2-3 tsp RR Gelatinized Maca
2 Tbsp RR Bag of Tricks
2 Tbsp RR Coconut Milk Powder
1/4 tsp RR Super Cinnamon
pinch of RR Himalayan Salt
12 oz hot water or tea
4 oz nut milk (see recipe below)

1) Blend on high in blender for 10-15 seconds. Enjoy! 

 

Bone Builder Chia Seed Porridge

32 oz warm silica rich tea such as nettle leaf, horsetail or oat straw
¼ cup hemp seeds
1-2 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
½-1 cup chia seeds
1 Tbsp RR Vanilla Bean
Handful of goji berries and mulberries

1) Blend tea, hemp seeds, RR Coconut Oil, RR Vanilla Bean Powder, and sweetener of choice.
2) Pour blended mixture over chia seeds, goji berries, and mulberries in a large bowl and stir well.

 

Pumpkin Spirulina Creamy Ice Cream

1 ½-2 cups ice (filtered or spring water)
2 Tbsp pumpkin seed oil (Austrian is best)
1 Tbsp RR Spirulina (optional)
½ - ¾ cup RR Vanilla Shake Mix
3-4 Tbsp RR Pea Protein and/or RR Goat Whey
1 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil and/or Ghee
Optional Additions:
1 tsp RR Vanilla Bean Powder
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

1) Blend in high speed blender with tamper until smooth and uniform like a thick ice cream consistency. 
2) Sweeten to taste using raw honey, or RR Monk Fruit Extract Powder.

 

Stress Reducer Elixir

12 oz hot water or tea
1 tsp RR Reishi Extract Powder
1/2 tsp RR Super Mucuna
¼ tsp RR Adrenal Stress Ease
1-3 tsp RR Coffee Fix
¼ tsp RR Himalayan Shilajit
Sweeten to taste with preferred sweetener such as RR Coconut Palm Sugar, raw honey, RR Monk Fruit Extract

1) Blend on high in blender for 10-15 seconds. Enjoy! 

 

Metabolizer Energy Tonic

12oz hot water or tea
2-3 Tbsp goji berries
2 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
½-1 tsp green coffee bean
1 tsp RR Vitality (optional)
Sweeten to taste with preferred sweetener such as RR Coconut Palm Sugar, raw honey or RR Monk Fruit Extract

1) Blend on high and strain if desired. Enjoy!

 

Quick Creamy Herbal “Meal” to Go

1 cup coconut milk (3 Tbsp RR Coconut Milk Powder blended with 1 cup warm water)
1 cup kefir (preferably from goat and unpasteurized, grass-fed)
2-4 Tbsp RR Pea Protein and/or RR Goat Whey
2-3 Tbsp chia seed gel or 1-2 tsp. chia seeds
2-4 Tbsp RR Bag of Tricks 
Sweeten to taste with preferred sweetener such as RR Coconut Palm Sugar, raw honey or RR Monk Fruit Extract
Optional Additions:
local free-range egg(s) (Whole or yolk only)
RR Cacao Powder
RR Baobab Powder
RR Spirulina

1) Make warm or cold and blend on high speed for 10-15 seconds. Enjoy!

 

Blueberry Antioxidant Blast

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup Roiboos Tea (room temp)
1 tsp RR Monk Fruit
2-4 Tbsp RR Pea Protein and/or RR Goat Whey
1-2 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar
2 tsp RR Immunity Matrix
2 Tbsp RR Baobab Powder
2 Tbsp pumpkin seed oil or RR Coconut Oil

1) First place all the powders, honey, and oil in blender. Add blueberries and tea. Blend well.

*Experiment with ice/liquid ratio to satisfy texture preferences.

 

Tonic Bar Recipes

 

These drink recipes are more complicated but crafted to optimize taste and familiarity with classic tonic bar options. These recipes are subject to change and may not be the same as what is served at our tonic bar.

 

OG Chocolate Milk Shake

2 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp RR Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar
6-8 Tbsp RR Vanilla Shake Mix
3 Tbsp Goat Whey 
2 tsp RR Colostrum (optional)
1 tsp RR Monk Fruit 
2 pinches RR Himalayan Salt
2 oz nut milk or room temp water (see recipe below)
3 oz hot water or tea
2 cups of ice

1) Blend on medium until fully mixed. Enjoy!

 

Vegan Chocolate Shake

1 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
3/4 cup RR Vanilla Shake Mix
2 Tbsp RR Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar
4 oz hot water or tea
2 cups of ice

1) Blend on medium until fully mixed. Enjoy!

 

Vegan Vanilla Shake

1 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
½- ¾ cup RR Vanilla Shake Mix
1 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar or RR Monkfruit
4 oz hot water or tea
2 cups of ice

1) Blend on medium until fully mixed. Enjoy!

 

Banana Foster Milkshake

2 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp RR Coconut Milk Powder
2 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar
3 Tb. Goat Whey Protein
1/2 banana
1 tsp RR Super Cinnamon
1tsp RR Monk Fruit
Pinch of RR Himalayan Salt
2 oz nut milk (see recipe below)
2 oz hot water or tea
2 cups of ice

1) Blend on medium until fully mixed. Enjoy!

 

Blueberry (or Strawberry) Ice Cream

¾ cup wild blueberries (frozen)
 
or 1 cup organic Strawberries (frozen)
2 cups ice
½ cup RR Vanilla Shake Mix
1 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar
1 tsp RR Monk Fruit
2 pinches RR Himalayan Salt
1 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil

1) Blend on medium until fully mixed. Enjoy!

 

Vitality Tonic Latte

1 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
1 tsp ghee
3 Tbsp RR Rice Bran Solubles
1/2 tsp RR Vitality
1 Tbsp RR Coffee Fix
4 oz nut milk (see recipe below)
10 oz hot water or tea
1 tsp RR Monk Fruit

1) Blend on medium until fully mixed and frothy. Enjoy!

 

Latte Da (Stress Reducer)

2 Tbsp RR Coffee Fix
1 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
½ tsp RR Adrenal Stress Ease
½ tsp RR Reishi Extract Powder
¼ tsp RR Shilajit
4 oz. nut milk (see recipe below)
10 oz hot water or tea
RR Monk Fruit (to preference)

Jing Please

1 Tbsp RR Coconut Oil
2 tsp ghee
2 Tbsp RR Coffee Fix
¼ tsp RR Super Woman
½ tsp RR He Shou Wu
½ tsp RR Cistanche
1 tsp RR Goji Berry
½ tsp RR Super Mucuna
4 oz nut milk (see recipe below)
10 oz hot water or tea
Recommended Sweetener:
1-2 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar
1 tsp RR Monkfruit

Heavenly Hot Chocolate

1 Tbsp RR Heavenly Hot Chocolate
1 Tbsp RR Cacao Powder
2 Tbsp RR Coconut Milk Powder
4 oz nut milk (see recipe below)
10 oz hot water or tea

Juggernaut Latte

1 Tbsp grass pastured butter
2 Tbsp RR Coffee Fix
2 Tbsp RR Goat Whey
1 Tbsp RR Coconut Palm Sugar
4 oz nut milk (see recipe below)
10 oz hot water or tea

1) Blend on medium only until well mixed. Enjoy!

 

House Nut Milk

1 Tbsp RR Sunflower Lecithin
3 Tbsp hempseed
¼ tsp RR Icelandic Flake Salt
3-4 cups water

1) Blend on high for 30 sec. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days.
