Magnesium benefits are many, as it is a critical macro-mineral for human health. It is essential to more than 350 cellular processes, but most people are alarmingly magnesium deficient. The quickest, most reliable, and comfortable way to raise your magnesium level is by absorbing it through the skin from ancient seabed magnesium chloride. This highly absorbable magnesium is safe, soothing, and promotes overall wellness.

Benefits

  • Absorbs easily into the skin for maximum utilization

  • Supports strong bones and joints

  • Enhances overall rate of healing

  • Helps relax muscle spasms and twitching

  • Soothes pain from exercise or arthritis

  • Nourishes the nervous system

  • Supports healthy heart function

  • Helps regulate blood pressure

Description

Magnesium is necessary for energy production at a cellular level, proper sleep, and relaxation. Magnesium is used by the body to absorb vitamin D, relax muscles, balance commonly high calcium levels, ensure neurological health, hormone production, and heart function. Topical Magnesium can have profound effects due to its high absorption through the skin where it directly absorbs into the blood and lymph. The quickest, most reliable, cost-effective, and comfortable way to raise your magnesium level is by absorbing it through the skin from magnesium gel.

Why Magnesium?

Magnesium is a critical macro-mineral for human health. It is essential to more than 350 cellular processes including muscle and nerve function, heart rhythm, and peristalsis (muscular contractions of the digestive system). Magnesium deficiency guarantees a sub-optimal level of health. A severe lack of magnesium can seriously impair all bodily functions.

Magnesium is a major component of your muscles and bones, with approximately 50% of total body magnesium stored in the bones. Magnesium is required for your body to properly absorb and regulate calcium and Vitamin D, maintaining strong bones and ligaments.

The human body runs on electricity. Magnesium powers the movement of electrically-charged ions through the blood and across nerve cell membranes. This movement of electricity allows your muscles to move, your heart to beat, your breath to come in and out. Healthy levels of magnesium maintain cellular communication in the body, but a deficiency causes a disturbance to the flow of this electricity through the nervous system, producing pain and illness.

Magnesium Sources

There are several ways to acquire magnesium with varied levels of success. In order for consumed magnesium to make a difference in your health, it must be absorbed and then delivered where it is required. The quickest, most reliable, cost-effective, and comfortable way to obtain high levels of magnesium is by absorbing it through the skin (transdermal) from magnesium gel.

Eating magnesium in food, supplementing with pills, and injecting it are the most common methods, but these methods can have slow results, high costs, and discomfort. We strongly recommend avoiding all supplements with calcium even if they contain magnesium unless they are organically sourced from plants. High magnesium containing foods are raw cacao, pumpkin seeds, garbanzo beans, wheat germ, and dark leafy greens. However, most people are in such a deficient state they should consider trans-dermal magnesium therapy to raise their levels quickly.

How quickly does Magnesium absorb into my skin? Will it smell?

Magnesium absorbs almost immediately upon contact. Massaging it into your skin will speed up the rate of absorption, and we recommend leaving the magnesium on the skin for a minimum of 25 minutes to ensure maximum utilization. Magnesium has no odor.

What is the maximum daily dose?

There is no limit. Transdermal magnesium is largely absorbed and used by your cells on location but excess is easily eliminated in healthy individuals. If you have compromised kidney function, please consult with your health care practitioner prior to use.

When should I use Magnesium?

Can be safely used any time of the day as desired.

Where is the best place on the body to apply Magnesium?

On your armpits, behind your knees, on the tops of your feet, inside of arms, and hips. Also, any area where you are experiencing pain.

Instant Results

Magnesium chloride is hydrophilic. This means that it is magnetically attracted to water at a molecular level. This property allows for easy absorption and bioavailability in your body. Minor health issues exhibit positive reactions quickly after application, while chronic and severe issues may require up to a month of use to experience noticeable improvement. We recommend using magnesium continuously, since it is missing from our diet and needed by our bodies.

Do I Need Magnesium?

Magnesium deficiency is a well-known and documented contributor to physical and mental distress.

Providing the body with an abundance of absorbable magnesium may:

  • Fortify bones and joints

  • Strengthen blood vessel walls

  • Enhance overall rate of healing

  • Relax muscle spasms and twitching

  • Soothe pain from exercise or arthritis

  • Nourish the nervous system

  • Generate increased energy production

  • Balance and maintain healthy heart function

  • Support healthy neurotransmitter function

Magnesium Glycinate vs. Magnesium Chloride

Magnesium chloride is the superior choice for topical application, as it is a magnesium salt that the body absorbs easily. In contrast, oral magnesium can be notoriously challenging to absorb, although the glycinate form is known for better absorption. Given the importance of magnesium and the difficulty in replenishing it, we recommend supplementing both topically and orally for optimal support. However, our experience with the topical form has been exceptionally positive, leading us to prioritize it. Many individuals already consume sufficient oral supplements, and oral magnesium is more likely to cause stomach upset and include unnecessary tablet binders.

Usage

Apply liberally (15-30 sprays) to skin daily, especially in areas where pain is experienced. Best absorbed when applied to feet, back of knees, hips, abdomen, neck, and inside of arms. Also can be used as a hair gel and massage oil. May tingle on sensitive skin or when pores are open such as after bathing. This sensation is typically brief and occurs more often when deficient in magnesium. You may follow with our Moringa Serum, Coconut Oil, or other lotions to soothe skin if needed.
