Better than Highly Processed Whey Proteins
Most of the whey proteins on the market are heavily-processed isolates. This means the alkaline-forming minerals and immune factors naturally present in the whole milk have been removed. The body needs these minerals to metabolize the protein correctly and avoid acid buildup. Our Rice Protein is a concentrate, not an isolate.
Most whey protein is derived from cheese manufacturing, as whey is a byproduct of the process and undergoes excessive processing. Usage
3 Tb to milk of choice, shake or baked goods.
Chocolate protein shake- Add to blender 12oz pure water, 1/2 cup ice, 3 Tb. Rice Protein, 2 Tb. Coconut Milk Powder, 1-2 Tb Cacao (or Heavenly Hot Chocolate mix) 2 tsp Sunflower Lecithin, 1/2 tsp Super Cinnamon, 1 banana. Blend on high for 30 seconds.
