Shipping

We are currently only shipping within the United States. Please check your confirmation e-mail for tracking numbers. Free Shipping over $99, USA Mainland Only (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Free shipping calculates minimum $99 after discounts and before tax. Please note coupon codes may bring your total below $99. 

Orders placed on Fridays, typically won't ship until Monday. Allow for delays if your order will be shipped over Federal Holidays when the Postal Service is not open. 

My package was marked "delivered", but I haven't received it!

When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. 

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and will arrive the following day.
  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information. 

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with a receipt or order number. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). 

If you need to return an item, please contact us at hello@RawRevelations.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Items must be shipped with packing material and arrive in good condition to qualify for a refund. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees, and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We cannot accept returns of opened products. If you purchased through a 3rd party please contact them for their return policy.
