Description

Known in TCM as “Ginseng and Longan” formula where use of this formula dates back hundreds of years. We replaced Ginseng with Codonopsis to keep the formula more balanced for all seasons as ginseng can often be too hot for some especially in the summer. Vitality may support the respiratory, digestive, circulatory and immune systems necessary for our energy production and adaptability. Also great as a digestive tonic before a meal. Efficient digestion is critical for building healthy blood. When this function is compromised, the body has insufficient quantities of blood, leading to imbalances in the body, especially with the Heart. Heart blood deficiency can lead to feeling more stress and unease. This formula is ideal for all women, or those with blood deficiency, poor digestion, low energy, or difficulty in falling asleep. 

Usage

 ½ tsp 1-2 times per day in water tea or favorite beverage.

Bai-zhu Atractylodes rhizome, Zizyphus jujube seed, Euphoria Longan fruit, Astragalus membranaceus root, Spirit Poria, Codonopsis Root, Dong Quai root, Dried Ginger rhizome, Saussarea costus root, Red Jujube Fruit, Polygala root, Licorice root.
