Usage

1 teaspoon in water or favorite beverage up to 3 times per day, or as directed by your healthcare provider. 

Take with food to avoid potential stomach upset. If stomach acid is low, this formula is likely to cause nausea if consumed on an empty stomach due to its low pH.
